Revamping discussion in

I've implemented a very coarse support for /dev/poll because I need to
experiment a little bit with it. It's protected behind SLAP_X_DEVPOLL
(which right now is not defined even when LDAP_DEVEL is on; I'll enable
it as soon as it works reasonably well); needs work yet.
