That's a good point. I looked at the CSR summaries for the new features, and I 
don't think those would really add much value. Also, I don't really want to 
spend time (and discussion) figuring out how to summarize each new feature. 
Better to point to the Enhancement and CSR which has the technical description 
of the feature and leave more detailed descriptions for separate docs (blogs, 
tutorials, etc).

The one thing out of this discussion I would like to consider -- for next time 
(JavaFX 27) -- is the idea of linking to the CSRs to make it easier for readers 
to find them. I filed 
[JDK-8379317](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8379317) to track this.
