In the CSS universe, `foo` identifies a standardized name (i.e. it's been around long enough that everyone has agreed on it, not just a single vendor), `-fx-foo` identifies a vendor-specific name (in this case FX, other vendor-specific prefixes are `-ms-`, `-webkit-`, etc.), and `--foo` identifies a user name.
