I think we would MUCH prefer people to use the site : https://bugreport.java.com/bugreport/ I'd go so far as to say that even if you reported it here, we'd refer you back there to provide all the required information.

If there are significant problems with that site it would affect a lot more than FX reports since it is used for the entire JDK too, but this is the first time I've ever heard of a problem. You should email about problems with the bug reporting to (I think) o...@openjdk.java.org.

Yeah, it's a known issue. I have the same problem too on several of my bug reports.

After 4-5 attempts, my bug finally submits.

Alternatively, you can find the relevant mailing list, and they will take a look at it too. Personally, I recommend the mailing list option, as it gives you a faster response time.
