I'm not familiar with AMD Ryzen 9 9900X so I had a look at the specifications,

where the Graphics Model is indicated as (builtin) AMD Radeon Graphics

If you have such a system, perhaps you could try to build amdgpu

I have no idea whether those drivers support the graphics capabilities of the 
AMD Ryzen 9 9900X.

There's a feature request that a KMS kernel module is required
