This is known and a support case has been opened to fix this.
Meanwhile switch pkg to http if you need/want to update by setting the
URL using set-publisher.

I'm not 100% certain if this is the cert itself or the Let's Encrypt root
CA issue, but I tried with openssl 1.1 and s_client is still saying
expired, so I think it's an expired cert.
