Hallo, I use Openindiana as NFS client which has the home directory mounted on an NFS server running Solaris 11.4. Since the last update to Solaris 11.4.38 I see the following behavior :
I attempt to start Firefox. Than Firefox stops immeditaly with "resource lost" Trussing the Firefox shows the the Firefox gets a SIGLOST and in /var/adm/messagesI see the following messages: Nov 15 12:26:58 oi-hipster nfs: [ID 269213 kern.info] NOTICE: [NFS4][Server: con03][Mntpt: /home/grzemba]Process 2755 lost its locks on file ./.mozilla/firefox/6w0glrzw.Default User/storage.sqlite (rnode_pt: fffffe11e4027bb8) due to NFS recovery error (NFS4ERR_NO_GRACE) on server con03. Nov 15 12:26:58 oi-hipster nfs: [ID 941083 kern.info] NOTICE: NFS4 FACT SHEET: Nov 15 12:26:58 oi-hipster Action: NR_CLIENTID Nov 15 12:26:58 oi-hipster NFS4 error: NFS4ERR_EXPIRED I see the NFS errors also for other files. Until the update the NFS server runs 11.4.14 without this problems. Anyone has seen similar problems with NFSv4?
