Today, I downloaded http://dlc.openindiana.org/isos/hipster/test/OI-hipster-gui-20210405.iso
and attempted to create a new VM on CentOS 7.9.2009 with virt-manager 1.5.0 and qemu-system-x86_64 2.0.0. The initial BIOS screen comes up, asks for a keyboard type, and proceeds to display a nice GUI. However, I have two cursors on the display: one frozen (and the one needed to do selections), and the other movable, but whose selection clicks are ignored. No progress is possible. I'm next going to try the text mode installer, and the GUI mode on an Ubuntu 20.04 system. More later... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Nelson H. F.
