This is from OmniOS but I guess it is the same on OI.
Check out the "ipadm create-addr" description in ipadm(1M). The trick
is to first enable the interface with "ipadm create-addr -T addrconf".
Then you can manually add static IPv6 addresses. Usually, that is not
needed because your internet router will figure it out.

So, what is "interface-id" (Required for command?):

ipadm: Error in setting interface ID: Invalid argument provided
(man page says: "Specify the interface ID to be used.")
Any hint?
