$ rm SUNWvbox/install/checkinstall
$ sed -i /checkinstall/d SUNWvbox/pkgmap
$ pfexec pkgadd -d . SUNWvbox
And voila, all was installed. Guests are booting...
I need to try Version 5.2.0 as well...
