In some cases, you'll want to either block (in BIOS) motherboard
detection/usage of Intel GPU versus NVIDIA for proper detection and NVIDIA
driver setup.

Thanks for your work. I tested this on Acer Laptop with Intel Broadwell-U
Integrated Graphics and NVIDIA GPU GK208M [GeForce 920M]. It works but there is
still only the vesa driver working (like with Xorg 1.14).
For tests I also attempt to use the NVIDIA driver 367.57, intel driver built
from git and also nouveau but all without success. All my recipes for that in:
