I have usb 2.0 only and I can not see the flash drive in boot manager.
When I install the usb version to the flash drive, it takes 10 seconds
only and all data are there. It are lost when I disconnect and connect
the flash driver after the installation.

I think this (10 sec for a gigabyte of data) is too fast for a USB
flash. Maybe the writes got cached and are slowly pouring onto the
device? The ones I had only work at a few Mbyte/sec - 6, 10, max 20.

Your results of 100Mbyte/sec are unbelievable (given that USB2 is
480 Mbit/sec max, or about 60Mbyte/sec including protocol overheads) :)

From casual googling I found this table of USB Flash speeds:
http://usb3speed.nirsoft.net/?pdesc=JetFlash+Transcend+16GB+USB+Device&vid=34148&pid=4096

The "JetFlash Transcend 32GB USB Device" ranks from 50 to 80Mbyte/s
reads and 10 to 25Mbyte/sec writes. Certainly far from 100 :)

So I can suggest to re-flash the device and wait for a couple of
minutes before disconnecting it.
