I see: MARVELL VIRTUALL. I'd say your 2nd disk is connected to that port. Unfortunatelly, I had no disk connected there during my tests on 88SE9128 few months back so I didn't do any testing beyond the detection of MARVELL VIRTUALL on the port. To be honest, I've no idea what exactly MARVELL VIRTUALL is and what needs to be done to make your 2nd disk working.
