How did you recreate the LU's? It's been a bit since I was doing anything with LUN's (I can't recall if I tested volume migration/rollback w/vmware); but my personal documentation has a note for recreating volumes using stmfadm instead of sbdadm; specifically :
stmfadm create-lu -p guid=*LUN GUID* /dev/rdsk/*pathtozvol* for re-creating an LU; and only use sbdadm for creating new lu's. -Lucas Van Tol > Date: Fri, 5 Apr 2013 10:23:52 -0500 > From: cooper...@gmail.com > To: openindiana-discuss@openindiana.org > Subject: [OpenIndiana-discuss] FC LUN to ESXi 5.1 Not Recognized After > Migration > > Hello, > > I recently migrated two COMSTAR LUs with zvol backs across pools on the > same OI host with 'zfs send -R snap | zfs recv -d pool'.
