OT: Do we have the linux-style "mount -o loop" in OI?
This is what the current mount man page says: For file system types that support it, a file can be mounted directly as a file system by specifying the full path to the file as the special argument. In such a case, the nosuid option is enforced. If specific file system support for such loopback file mounts is not present, you can still use lofiadm(1M) to mount a file system image. In this case, no special options are enforced. -- Dr.Udo Grabowski Inst.f.Meteorology a.Climate Research IMK-ASF-SAT www-imk.fzk.de/asf/sat/grabowski/ www.imk-asf.kit.edu/english/sat.php KIT - Karlsruhe Institute of Technology http://www.kit.edu Postfach 3640,76021 Karlsruhe,Germany T:(+49)721 608-26026 F:-926026 _______________________________________________ OpenIndiana-discuss mailing list OpenIndiana-discuss@openindiana.org http://openindiana.org/mailman/listinfo/openindiana-discuss
