The server involved has been pretty stable for quite a while. It is
oi151a2. As it has been stable I haven't been updating it with each
release. It is a semi production machine and so I tend to err on the
conservative side with regard to updating it.
The subject line from the other user is "Cannot _init zfs module after
upgrade". He says that a boot environment from 151a3 was pulled in
and that the system would not subsequently reboot.
It may be that the installed root pool version was 5000 rather than 28
and the boot environment from 151a3 does not handle that (a5 would be
needed).
