I just upgraded from 134b to 151a2. It seems there is a "r" flag (rename) under Obsolete column. So, if the package was renamed, why do I still see this under old name? Is there a way to clear them?
I am guessing this might be because there are some packages that are dependent on others, under the old package name? # pkg list |grep -v 151 NAME (PUBLISHER) VERSION STATE UFOXI SUNWarc 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWcpcu 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWcpp 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWcsl 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWhea 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWj6cfg (opensolaris.org) 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWj6dev (opensolaris.org) 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWj6dmo (opensolaris.org) 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWj6dmx (opensolaris.org) 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWj6dvx (opensolaris.org) 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWj6man (opensolaris.org) 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWj6rt (opensolaris.org) 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWj6rtx (opensolaris.org) 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWlibC 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWlibm 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWlibms 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWperl584core 5.8.4-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWpicl 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWsprot 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWtoo 0.5.11-0.133 installed --r-- SUNWzlib 1.2.3-0.133 installed --r-- developer/sunstudioexpress (opensolaris.org) 0.2009.3.1-0.111 installed ----- runtime/perl-584 5.8.4-0.148 installed --r-- # I just want a clean looking system. :) No other real reason. _______________________________________________ OpenIndiana-discuss mailing list OpenIndiana-discuss@openindiana.org http://openindiana.org/mailman/listinfo/openindiana-discuss
