In mu experience, the only family of operating systems tying its installation 
so tightly to the current hardware, is Windows. Most unices autodetect hardware 
on bootup and should work well even if installed on a 10 year old Pentium.

I all pedagogikk er det essensielt at pensum presenteres intelligibelt. Det er 
et elementært imperativ for alle pedagoger å unngå eksessiv anvendelse av 
idiomer med fremmed opprinnelse. I de fleste tilfeller eksisterer adekvate og 
relevante synonymer på norsk.
