As you can see, I have an Intel gigabit card in the box as well, and
VirtualBox don't like it either for bridged networking. I'll just go
with VirtualBox 4.x.

Virtualbox 4.1 has resolved my bridged networking issue (although
slightly concerned it was an issue to begin with). Hoping for AMD
support for KVM in the near future!
