We're looking at moving some of our storage servers to Softlayer. Currently, we're using SunFire X4240s with LSI cards. Only interface cards Softlayer offers unfortunately for their 12 and 24 drive chasses are the Adaptec 52445, 51645 or 31605. I was curious if anyone had experience running these under OpenIndiana or OpenSolaris?
