The M5025 is a RAID controller, the LSI 9200-8E is a SAS HBA. I suspect you probably had some hardware raid volume setup on the IBM controller perhaps?
The long names (WWNs) are quite normal if using SAS or FC. Do you have MPxIO enabled?
