i.e. what's needed to run a local pkg.depotd of the repository?

I think is is possible to upgrade to the previous release(dev_147)
from OI repos, instead, but I think a special option is needed to be
passed to "pkg" to upgrade to 147
instead of 148.
i suggest to have a look at man pkg, if you haven't, maybe somebody
knows the options needed.
