OpenIndiana b148 will be released real soon now, yesterday we discovered some showstoppers which have been fixed. We will try to make it easier for people to get involved, however despite the large interest in the project so far very few people have shown interest in actually doing work on the project. So if anybody is interested in contributing feel free to contact us on oi-...@openindiana.org or #oi-dev on IRC.
