It will kill networking in zones if your disable DAD and THEN you boot the zones. You can try simply disabling DAD and then rebooting the zones. I am running Solaris 10 U7, it this has been a complete pain with OVH. The problem exists too in Solaris 10 U8, tested in a VM. Didn't try U9 yet, not sure about the new license :).
