Hi Shuva, your patch works for me for now, but consider implementing BindingAwareProvider with onSessionInitiated(ProviderContext) method.
You can find this approach used in org.opendaylight.openflowplugin.applications.frsync.impl.ForwardingRulesSyncProvider. Need to determine whether it's a base clustering problem. Also for the unclassified bugs, did a quick analysis, we need to test and verify few of those(mostly they have been raised on the He-plugin), probably will put a note in the xcel sheet.
