Thanks Miro for pointing this, by looking at the logs I would say it is the DTCN change, I am running some test in CI to confirm, unfortunately the Jenkins queue is kind of busy now so it will take a while to verify.
It is also unfortunate daily jobs like 100K flows test are not normally used to test individual patches. Whenever my time allows I will create a keyword that will launch project related csit tests on a given patch.
