Partner-type is wrong when creating a new Partner

Bug description:
When a Partner is created, the type of the partner is always set to
"contact". Now when we create a quotation and choose a contact as
"customer", derlivery and invoice fields are filled with the "contact"
but should be filled with the parent-company.
