Partner mass mailing replies in the document is not working

Bug description:
Dear Community,
I try to use mass mailing feature with customer and supplier, but i
have a bug. This module create document on contact page (if i cheked
this option on mass mailer popup) it's great, but doesn't create the
reply message on this document. (the system only show in messaging
inbox the response), during i cheked the other "Replies in the
document" chekbox too.
I try it under trial hosted saas service on opener.com.
