(purchase_landed_costs and purchase_landed_costs_extended)
Modules are maybe not completely stable because we had to pull them from
customer code and not really time to QA them. There might have some
dependencies such as product_price_history
How does it work:
You create the duty zone with the accounts. There are now several cost
prices in the product (one per duty zone, if more than 3 zones, you
probably need to add more fields)
You can assign landed cost at PO level but now the logic is at the SP/SM
level. When the goods are crossing a duty border then the cost is
updated in the destination duty zone (Price at destination = Price at
origin + landed costs).
I will be in the Odoo experience days next week and can spend some time
to explain more in details
We want to push it to OCA but never had time to cleanse the code. If
there are some volunteers to do it, more than welcome!

We will publish it today (hopefully). It works fine on standard
costing but do not take care yet of the landing cost posted after
incoming shipment validation for average cost (but it will soon).
