I vote for:
- odoo (not oca) for the reasons stated - change the community color to a bright organge, if permitted by trademark rights and with odoo approval (it's looking more like a rich ecosystem (!), than a streamlined group of odoo-soldiers that way) - compact logo - i would not include the icon into the text, as it looses momentum when using it independently (as it looses it's prominent position) - please consider another font for medical, as this is particularely uneven (especially the 'm')
