level ("invoice to").

No, companies can only be sponsors of OCA, not members.

I'm only asking about membership, not contributor agreement. Who
should sign the CLA is whoever owns the code in the first place,
which depends on everyone's local laws I suppose.
Ie. here in France that would be the company only, because all we
write during worktime belongs to them.
