Title: Eric CAUDAL
True.
Besides the credit note/money back process is actually extremely tedious (and probably should be done by a supervisor indeed)

Eric with this comment you remember me the most important leak of feature I think:

The POS should have an "Supervisor Only set of features/model" and the "Vendor feature objects".

Why.

Real case: Some transactions must be done in the POS _only_ for supervisors but in the Middle of a transactions, it means.

Vendor Load Info > Click Approval Button > POP up windows asking Supervisor Key > Pass the transaction.

What stay recorded:

Who make the operation.
Who approve the operation.

I explain in a technical way, but i.e.

Credit Notes from POS must be approved.
Extract Cash.
Pre-Close Box.
Apply certain discounts.

Then I am wondered that the POS is bypassing some _basic_ workflows, IMHO it must be fixed, if we have workflows they are technically better to extend in a correct way.

Technical Problem: LEak of concept of "Workflow" in "OffLine" Mode, then result the Offline make me lost the main business objects locally.

I dont know if it have solution, it is just a thought.

But I think (I don't know if it is the moment) but.

Workflow engine Backbone based

Regards.
