You can try "asperience_edi". It does the job:
* logs identifiy fields exported and permit not to reexport
* "force" field permits to override log
* logs can be partially unlinled to repeort partly
* results and attachment show fields imported/exported
Exports can be made as xml, csv, edi (lenght fixed fields), structured csv
(like EDI but with fields not fixed)
There are 2 examples in module. 1 for export and 1 for import
I'll put a new version soon for structured CSV and improvements
