The `server` translations contain both the terms related to the core framework and the 'base' module, but also a certain number of cross-module metadata. For instance the description of modules would not work properly if it was only contained in the modules themselves, because those translations would only be loaded *after* installing them (hence you would have to decide whether to install it based on the English translations). So it is normal to find a number of module metadata terms in the server translations too.
