Adds recipes for glibc-2.24 and gdb 7.11
Python native fix to add native expat dependency that OE builds
feature-arm-vfp.inc fixes build breakage seen on rpi
Finally switch to using gcc-6/glibc-2.24/gdb-7.11 as default
