bzip2-native is in ASSUME_PROVIDED but we don't just want "bzip2" but libbz2 here. To do this, we need to DEPEND on bzip2-replacement-native which hints to bitbake we really do want to build it.
Add the missing dependency to avoid failures on machines which don't have libbz2-dev installed.
