Here is couple of fixes for ARM tune files: * 1st and 2nd fix issues caused by my last tune patchset. * 3rd and 4th are fixing issues which were there for long time, just overlooked * 5th is just formal change which makes it easier to spot copy&paste issues * 6th is fix for SIGILL on armv4t and higher * 7th and 8th add more possible DEFAULTTUNE values for cortexa* and armv6 without vfp
