The kill dejagnu tests that send signals to a pipeproc helper (SIGUSR1, SIGUSR2, and queued signal) have a race condition where test_process can exit or become unavailable before the expect script reads its output, resulting in 'spawn id not open' errors. This causes intermittent 'kill with SIGUSR1' failures on the autobuilder, particularly on qemuarm64.
Skip only the three signal-based test cases while keeping the nine reliable argument-parsing tests (signal name/number conversion, etc.).
