And yeah vulkan-validation-layers cmake pulls in the properties set in SPIRV-ToolsTarget.cmake during the configure stage. The key cmake property being INTERFACE_LINK_LIBRARIES. Thought process is that it's set to "usr/lib" and not "lib".
