Changes to images/qemux86_64/glibc/core-image-sato
(installed-package-names.txt):
gstreamer1.0-plugins-good-monoscope was added
gstreamer1.0-plugins-good-oss4 was added
These were not being built with autotools. Do we want them to be
enabled out of the box and do we want PACKAGECONFIGs for them?
(the minimal-impact response would be no and yes)
