Bug description:
[Checkbox-OCP] attempts to submit results after run has finished.
This is a default action for all versions of checkbox, however it's not
exactly appropriate for the Open Compute project. Instead the desired action
(for right now) should be to exit with a helpful note stating the location of
where to find the final submission.xml file.
