Hello.

I am trying to determine chirality of my compounds which are in an sdf file.
They are not marked by any @ or wedge/hash bonds, and while I can do this with
the GUI, I was wondering if it was possible to do this through the command
line. I have tried using -as after my command (obabel -isdf [input] -osdf -O
[output] -as) as well as after the input file (obabel -isdf [input] -as -osdf
-O [output]) and none of these have worked. Am I using this command correctly?

Thanks
