Hi all, I want to use openbabel in python. I would like to convert a smiles to 2D chemical structures with openbabel. How can I do it in Python?
I am new to openbabel. have searched online and in the help of openbabel, but I did not find out how to draw chemical structures with smiles in Python. Thanks a lot for your help.
