As a program licensed under the GNU GPL license, you don't need our okay. You need to comply with the GPL, which states that you have to distribute the source code as well as the license: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.en.html#UnchangedJustBinary https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.en.html#SourceAndBinaryOnDifferentSites And of course if you made any modifications, you need to distribute the source including your modifications.
