Hi everyone! In the Open Babel GUI, I am able to move from .mol to .png and select the "use thicker lines" options and everything works fine. The issue is that I need to make this same request from the command line for my application. The documentation indicates I should use: obabel serotonin.mol -O serotonin.ong -T but this yields thin lines. Lowercase t errors out. Any help is appreciated!
