Hello,
I am attempting to build/install openbabel for RHEL 6. I've downloaded the
latest code (2.4.1) and followed the instructions for building it, and I
haven't seen any errors in the building. I can post the build output if it
will help.
The built binary runs, as it shows the help screen when I do obabel -H.
However, I cannot get any supported formats to be listed:
[rug@rug-qa ~]$ obabel -L formats
formats is not a recognized plugin type. Those with instances of sub-types
loaded are:
ops
I know there's supposed to be a lot longer list...and that it shouldn't be
thinking I meant "formats" as a plugin type, but should instead list all the
plugin types it recognizes.
Where does openbabel look for its list of supported formats?
