Hi all,
So, I've moved from some of the issues that I was having earlier. It turns
out that ZLIB has to be rebuilt, as CentOS ships a pretty sad version of
it. That and a nasty misreported link error associated with ZLIB stole a
lot of time. After dealing with that I have been successful compiling OB
2.4.1. However the Java and Python bindings are pretty messed up. I get
nothing but segmentation faults trying to read a file. Which is kinda a
problem, for me at the moment.
Running the tests, some of these are also not looking good:
The following tests FAILED:
47 - test_gzip_1 (Failed)
58 - test_isomorphism_5 (Failed)
59 - test_isomorphism_6 (Failed)
62 - test_multicml_1 (Failed)

71 - test_rotor_4 (Failed)
147 - pytest_babel (Failed)

Errors while running CTest
I'm building this with gcc 4.8.5, cmake 3.0.12, openjdk 1.8.0, cmake
2.8.12.2, swig 3.0.12, Python 2.7.5, Cairo 1.14.8, Eigen 2.91.0, and ZLIB
1.2.11. This is being built on CentOS 7.
Does someone have a recommended library page that I can reference, so that
I don't have to figure this out stochastically? I looked everywhere but
only found fragments of a main reference page.
Thanks in advance!
Matt
