Hello open babel team, This is what appeared after I entered cmake ../openbabel-2.3.1 2>&1 | tee cmake.out on the Mac terminal. I used ../openbabel-2.3.1 instead of ob-src because that is what the source folder is named. -- Performing Test SCANDIR_NEEDS_CONST - Failed -- Could NOT find Eigen2 (missing: EIGEN2_INCLUDE_DIR EIGEN2_VERSION_OK) (Required is at least version "2.0.0") CMake Error at /Applications/CMake.app/Contents/share/cmake-3.8/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:137 (message): Could NOT find PkgConfig (missing: PKG_CONFIG_EXECUTABLE) Call Stack (most recent call first): |
