Myself Sourav, a Ph.D student in Saha institute of nuclear physics,
Kolkata, India. I have already installed Open babel 2.2.2, for using Mesmer
4.1 (http://mesmer.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mesmer/tags/Release_4.1) for
analyzing reaction kinetics of chemical reaction. I am compiling both the
open babel and mesmer from windows command prompt (Windows 2007).
However, the following error appear.
" *** Open Babel Error in OpenBabel::OutputFormat::ReadMolecule
Problems reading an output file: could not determine the format of this
file. Please report it.
