Hello All, I am using openbabel 2.3.1 (with python bindings) on OSX Yosemite 10.10.5. I am using python 2.7.10 and have successfully installed openbabel using the following commands:
When I try to import pybel in python I get the following error: I am not even sure how this error is possible since pybel is clearly found by python and openbabel compiled and installed without any errors. Any help here would be very much appreciated.
